Five more organizations are named in the second list, and pharmacy school is added

The section adds five named organizations to the list in section 303(m)(1)(B)(i) of the Controlled Substances Act, and amends clause (ii) so that an accredited school of pharmacy counts alongside the schools already named.

The groups named are for pharmacists and for nurses. One is for family doctors. The list already held other groups.
