The repeal date for title VII of FISA is set at April 30, 2026

The first of two amendments in subsection (a). It amends paragraph (1) of section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-261), which appears as a note to 50 U.S.C. 1881, by striking the words that set the repeal date by counting from another date and inserting a date stated outright: April 30, 2026. The words this law inserts are the ones quoted.
