Memorandum for the Secretary of Transportation By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, I hereby determine that Presidential Determination No. 98-32 of June 19, 1998, Presidential Determination No. 2007-22 of June 5, 2007, as well as the underlying prohibitions established by Presidential Determination 85-14 of July 1, 1985, and Presidential Determination 92-41 of August 17, 1992, are no longer necessary to ensure the security of aircraft operating to or from Lebanon against unlawful seizure. Therefore, Presidential Determinations No. 85-14, No. 92-41, No. 98-32, and No. 2007-22 are all hereby revoked in their entirety. You are directed to implement this determination immediately and to revoke, effective immediately, any regulations, rules, or orders inconsistent herewith. You are authorized and directed to publish this determination in the Federal Register.
