(c) The report described in subsection (b) shall include-- (1) the full project proposal submitted to and approved by the Fund's Technology Modernization Board; (2) the finalized interagency agreement between the Department and the Fund including the project's deliverables and repayment terms, as applicable; (3) a detailed analysis of how the project will supplement or supplant existing funding available to the Department for similar activities; (4) a plan for how the Department will repay the Fund, including specific planned funding sources, as applicable; and (5) other information as determined by the Secretary.”
