Sections 7 through 10 are moved to the back and renumbered 131 through 134
What the document says“by transferring sections 7, 8, 9 (as amended), and 10 to appear after section 127, as transferred by this Act, and redesignated as sections 131, 132, 133, and 134, respectively; and”
Four sections of the Marine Debris Act, sections 7, 8, 9 and 10, are moved to appear after section 127 and renumbered as sections 131, 132, 133 and 134. Section 9 is described as amended because section 3 of this Act rewrote part of section 9(a). Sections 5 and 6 of this Act then amend sections 131, 133 and 134 at their new numbers.
What the document actually says“by transferring sections 7, 8, 9 (as amended), and 10 to appear after section 127, as transferred by this Act, and redesignated as sections 131, 132, 133, and 134, respectively; and”
Four parts of the sea trash law move to the back. They get new numbers: 131, 132, 133 and 134.
Part 3 of this law had already changed part 9. That is why the words as amended are there. Later parts of this law use the new numbers.
