A cross reference in section 133 is changed to sections 101, 103 and 104
What the document says“Section 133 of the Marine Debris Act, as transferred and so redesignated by this Act, is amended by striking ``sections 3, 5, and 6'' and inserting ``sections 101, 103, and 104''.”
A cross reference in section 133, renumbered from section 9 by section 4 of this Act, is changed from sections 3, 5 and 6 to sections 101, 103 and 104, the numbers section 2 of this Act gives those sections.
What the document actually says“Section 133 of the Marine Debris Act, as transferred and so redesignated by this Act, is amended by striking ``sections 3, 5, and 6'' and inserting ``sections 101, 103, and 104''.”
A pointer to three parts is fixed. It named parts 3, 5 and 6. It now names parts 101, 103 and 104.
Those three parts kept their words. Only their numbers changed. So every pointer to them had to change too.
