Subsection (a) changes two dates in section 9 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638). In subsection (m) the date September 30, 2025 becomes September 30, 2031. In subsection (n)(1)(A) the year 2025 becomes 2031. This Act does not restate the sentences those dates sit in, and neither subsection is indexed here.
