What the document says“Section 9(gg)(7) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(gg)(7)) is amended by striking ``2025'' and inserting ``2031''. (c) Accelerated Awards.--Section 9(hh)(2)(C) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(hh)(2)(C)) is amended by striking ``September 30, 2025'' and inserting ``September 30, 2031''.”
Four subsections make the same change. Subsection (b) moves the date in section 9(gg)(7) from 2025 to 2031, under the heading Commercialization Readiness Program for Civilian Agencies Pilot Program. Subsection (c) moves the date in section 9(hh)(2)(C), under the heading Accelerated Awards. Subsection (d) moves the date in section 9(jj)(7), under the heading Phase 0 Pilot Program. Subsection (e) moves the date in section 9(mm)(1), under the heading Administrative Assistance. This Act does not say what any of the four provide.
What the document actually says“Section 9(gg)(7) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C.
Two dates in an older law move from 2025 to 2031.
Two more parts of the law get the same change. All four run six years longer. The names come from the headings this law gives them.
