The rest of the Act survives if a provision falls
What the document says“If any provision of this Act, or an amendment made by this Act, is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions of this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall not be affected.”
Section 5 is a severability clause. If a provision of the Act, or an amendment the Act makes, is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions and amendments are not affected.
