The Secretary must send each report to four committees
What the document says“Not later than 30 days after the Secretary of Veterans Affairs receives a report of the Comptroller General under subsection (a) or (b), the Secretary shall submit such report to-- (1) the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Senate; and (2) the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate.”
The duty covers the report on the first review and the reports on each of the five later ones. The 30 days run from the Secretary's receipt of the report.

When the head of the VA gets a report, it must be passed on within 30 days. Four groups in Congress get it.
