Section 2(a) of the Act. It directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to raise, as of December 1, 2025, the dollar amounts that were in effect on November 30, 2025, for disability compensation and for dependency and indemnity compensation. Subsection (b) says which amounts are reached and subsection (c) says by how much.

On December 1, 2025, the head of the VA must raise these payments. The old amounts came from the day before.
