Section 3 of the Act. It requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to publish the increased amounts in the Federal Register, no later than the date on which the matters in section 215(i)(2)(D) of the Social Security Act must be published for the determination made during fiscal year 2026.

The head of the VA must print the new amounts. They go in a daily government paper.
