It names obstetricians and gynecologists among the clinical specialties, changes as applicable to if available, and replaces as appropriate with a duty to coordinate with those who certify deaths to improve the collection and quality of death record reports, including by amending errors and missing or incomplete cause-of-death information on a death certificate.
