“Not later than one year before the Partial Claim Program terminates, the Comptroller General shall-- (A) conduct an assessment of the benefits and challenges of the Partial Claim Program; and”
The assessment has to consider who received a partial claim compared with those given other options, how the loans then performed, what the department looked at in choosing between options, the cost to taxpayers, how the program compares with the earlier coronavirus partial claim payment program and what was learned from it, what the department tracked, and how other federal housing agencies use partial claims.
