What the document says“The amendments made by this division, except for the amendments made by section 7307, shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2025.”
Most of division G moves dates that fell on September 30, 2025. Backdating the division keeps those authorities from lapsing in the weeks before the Act was signed. Section 7307, which changes the partial claim program, is left out and so takes effect on enactment.
