“None of the funds appropriated by this Act may be used to process or approve a competition under Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76 for services provided by employees”
Section 402. Money in this Act may not be used to run or approve a Circular A-76 competition over work done by immigration service employees in five named job types: Immigration Information Officers, Immigration Service Analysts, Contact Representatives, Investigative Assistants and Immigration Services Officers.
