“Not later than the 240 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall issue a mortgagee letter or guidance that--”
The section requires the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to issue a mortgagee letter or guidance within 240 days of enactment implementing the amendments and setting out clearly all the requirements for approval to appraise property securing an insured mortgage.
