“``Subject to the approval of the Council, the Appraisal Subcommittee may adjust fees established under clause (i) or (ii) to carry out its functions under this Act.''.”
The section amends section 1109(a) of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 to let the Appraisal Subcommittee, with the Council's approval, adjust the fees set under the clauses named there so as to carry out its functions.
