The section adds a new subsection (u) to section 7 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act requiring the Secretary to appear at an annual hearing before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and the House Committee on Financial Services and testify on the Department's operations in the preceding year.
