The figure of $3,000,000,000 becomes $6,000,000,000 in two places

The section amends paragraphs (4)(A) and (10) of section 10(d) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, replacing the figure $3,000,000,000 with $6,000,000,000 in each.

One figure comes out of an older law. A bigger one goes in. It rises from three billion dollars to six billion. The swap is made twice.
