To provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14, Sec. 10311

The section strikes paragraph (2) of section 1207(c) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9037(c)) and inserts a new one setting the value of the assistance at 3 cents per pound for the period beginning August 1, 2013 and ending July 31, 2025, and at 5 cents per pound beginning August 1, 2025.
