End climate policies in foreign aid and support oil and gas

It asks that all climate policies be rescinded from foreign aid programs and that the agency cease collaborating with and funding foundations, corporations, international institutions and NGOs that it says advocate climate fanaticism.

Poor countries often have oil and gas. Aid rules have discouraged using them. The book says that keeps people poor. It wants those rules dropped.
