The section amends section 206(b)(2) of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 7126(b)(2)), striking the word concerned followed by a comma and inserting the same word without the comma. The heading the Act gives this subsection is use of project funds.
